Our Wushu Sanda Program trains students in one of the most dynamic combat sports in the world. Sanda combines boxing, kicking, wrestling, and throwing techniques, making it a complete fighting system. Students learn powerful punches, fast kicks, roundhouse kicks, sidekicks, sweeps, defensive strategies, and explosive takedowns. The training builds strong reflexes, coordination, flexibility, and stamina.
